bm-moor-revival

Revival | 3.8%

A very hoppy and refreshing bitter – meant to revive you when you need it. Light in colour but not flavour thanks to a blend of Pale, Lager, Cara, Crystal and Wheat malts. The hops are a blend of American varieties, with American-style yeast providing a crisp finish. For a beer relatively low in alcohol it has a very full flavour and drinks well above its strength, earning it a multitude of awards and setting the standard for the style. A modern classic!

bm-moor-confidence

Confidence | 4.6%

A hoppy red ale, brewed as a tribute to Kung Fu San Soo Grand Master, Jimmy H. Woo whose motto was “You can take my life, but not my confidence”. The malt character is quite strong, with generous helpings of toffee, overlayed with a bitter and citric hop hit. This beer slides effortlessly past your defenses and assaults your mouth with flavour, leaving you overwhelmed. The beer’s bold ruby colour and warming character make it perfect for autumn drinking.

bm-moor-smokey

Smokey Horyzon | 5.0%

A smoked rye beer with delicate smokiness, layers of complex flavours and a balanced hop finish. Rye adds a distinctive, spicy flavour to beer that is both interesting and enjoyable. It’s even better when paired with smoked malt. If you’re not used to smoked beer it may come as a bit of a surprise. But don’t worry, by the third one you’ll be hooked.

bm-moor-union-hop

Union Hop | 4.1%

A sessionable ultra-pale ale combining rich British floor malt with modern British hops. This one is loaded with ripe stone-fruit flavours from the Jester hops, which Moor also put to use in their Return of the Empire English IPA. Union’Hop has a lighter malt bill for an altogether different and very quaffable pale.

bm-moor-stout

Stout | 5.0%

Unpretentious, highly drinkable, classic black beer. Craft beer can get a bit silly and miss the point. Usually what we want is something purely enjoyable to drink, not a curiosity beverage to tick off. This is that beer. No unicorn hair, solar dust or celebrity nail clippings. Pontificate if you must, but please just drink and enjoy. Salute!

Head Brewer, Justin Hawke learned to brew in his native San Francisco in 1995 during the US craft brewing revolution.

Meet the brewer…

We strive to produce strongly flavoured beers of exceptional character.  All our beers are brewed using only natural ingredients.  We put a lot into our beers by using the finest malt, hops, yeast and water – but don’t take anything out.

All our beers are unfiltered so they retain the yeast that is so vital to producing exceptional flavour, as well as providing vitamins.
